Glassy-eyed

I don't want to neglect my blog so I'm posting my glass paintings (The order in which they were done).

Glass paintings are the easiest really. Only skill needed is a very steady hand.

I made this nearly 3 years back. If you look closely, the petals are made of crushed glass pieces.

Self-explanatory, these two were gifts for my closest friends from college.

I simply love this frame !! (below)

I don't have a good photo of this painting. I made this for my father. The completed one has his office name and a very handsome frame.

P.S - My photography as you might've observed is quite pathetic ! Excusez-moi.

Thats an amazing peice of art mam Ro Da Bh (just like Leonardo da Vinci, i donno if da is used for females as well ;p)...i really loved the free hand design, it has very beautifully flown through the glass, so has the shading...the little flowers here n there have given a nice effect to the first painting...rather a wholesome one...too good...and wud like to discuss crushed glass painitng...
i really do appreciate your effort to get over the situation and not not neglecting ur blog.Thats the spirit...hold on to it...three cheerss for Ra Da Bh...hip hip hurrah!!! :)

Shruti - Hey welcome to my blog! So nice of you to leave your comment. Hope to see you around.
Ah Thanks a lot! I'm beaming.
Usually glass paintings are like what you described, just paint on glass. Using crushed glass pieces is a variation.
